WWE Champions treated like JOBBERS...

I'm so sick of seeing The Intercontinental, Tag Team, and Especially the United States Champion being used as JOBBERS! Its no wonder the fans of the WWE DO NOT CARE about those Championships anymore. Its pretty pathetic and embarrassing for those champions who keep losing in non title matches constantly. I wish WWE would bring back prestige and respect to those belts. Honestly I wish they would just get rid of the World Heavyweight title and US championship so the Intercontinental Championship can be rebuilt back to its covenant status! It wont happen though.... Cause Vince McMahon is an IDIOT!

Yeah totally- I mean when you have a comedic guy like Santino holding the US title, you know it's not really being taken that seriously. Though Miz losing to Y2J isn't all too surprising. Looks like they're setting a feud of Ziggler vs Jericho there.

But you're right David- bascially WWE is telling everyone that these titles don't really mean much as these "champs" are keep being used to make the bigger names look good and to promote non-title "big-name" matches at pay per views.

Truthfully I barely noticed the Wrestling TopBuzz on LTB. I Didn't even notice it, until I was bored on LTB and just started looking around. Maybe the WTB link should be more viewable on LTB and more to the Top. Maybe even make a thread that letting the others know about it, but try putting it near the Dwight Howard thread where every one goes. You might even try to get some more fans from WWE & TNA chats to join here by just becoming a member there and spreading the word their. Btw TNA chat is like a G rated cartoon and members only go on during Thursdays nights the hour of the show. WWE obviously has more members and their forums are better.

I agree. I think that the IC title and US title should be merged or that the US title should be turned into a Cruiserweight belt. The US Title is a complete joke with Santino wearing it, I wouldn't mind them putting the belt on someone like Sin Cara and launching a brand new Cruiserweight Division.

As of now, I don't think that the IC title gets enough respect. I remember how prestigious it used to be even in the early to mid 2000s, when you had wrestlers like Jericho, Benoit, and Angle feuding over the belt. Now it just seems to be something to throw on a wrestler with nothing to do as opposed to putting it on an up and coming guy and letting him make a name for himself on his way to the upper card. I really had high hopes for the belt when they put it on Cody Rhodes...but then they dropped the ball and had him lose to Big Show of all people.

And the tag team division? What a joke. They actually have some decent teams that they can use to make an okay division but it just never happens. It started to look really nice before Evan Bourne went and screwed up.

I agree with you MrMoJo! If they really want to rebuild the IC title or rebuild the Tag team division, they can if they want. Its the creative team and Vince who are preventing it. I just don't understand it. By the way I'm a Santino Marella fan, as a charismatic talker... but not a jobber US champ.

You know, I get the feeling that they gave Santino the belt as a reward for his years of service and doing whatever they tell him to do. Kind of like his own little lifetime achievement award lol.

Totally Nick I agree- Santino deserves it for all those stuff he had to do and endure. He's a big fan favorite- kind of remind me of how Mick Foley was- especially with that "cobra" thing lol.

I really enjoyed his run with Vladimir Kozlov. I wonder what he's up to nowadays?

I heard Kozlov is wrestling for some overseas promotion along with Morrison and Benjamin.

WWE strikes again! Kane gets clean win over Intercontinental Champion The Miz! It would been better to at least see The champion win by cheating at least. SMH. And you wonder why NO ONE CARES ABOUT THE "I.C" OR "U.S" TITLES! "

It's been awhile since the I.C. was taken seriously.I Use to love watching Steamboat & Savage as the IC champion. Those were the serious days. But with all the WCW belts thrown in the mix, it just disappeared.
